For those of you that are fellow Pinterest junkies, I thought it would be really fun to share our favorite "Pinterest Meals"?! If your experience has been like mine, only about 1/2 of what I try is truly GREAT [and my hubby is picky, so that makes it challenging too!]. Not to mention that I hate wasting the time / energy / effort into trying things that just aren't that good. So, let's help each other out?!
If you have some favorites and want to share, leave a comment with a link to the recipe on Pinterest!
Our Favorite [and super easy] Pinterest Recipes:
White Cheese Chicken Enchiladas - probably my favorite meal so far!
I added 1/2 a can [small can] of jalepenos on accident and they were super spicy --- and good!!
BBQ Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches - again, delicious and SO easy!
If your hubby is a meat and potatoes kind of guy like mine, he'll love this.
[Note: use hot / spicy BBQ sauce if you want it to have some good flavor to it!]
I plan to make this Benihana Fried Rice soon --- has anyone tried it?! It looks SO good!

I just pinned all these! I'm always looking for new, easy recipes to try. Thanks for sharing!
I am impressed that you cook so much. I HATE cooking... my poor, hungry husband probably wonders why he agreed that I should be a stay-at-home mom! HA!
This Parmesan Tilapia was really good if you like fish: http://www.food.com/recipe/mamas-supper-club-tilapia-parmesan-53914
I'm planning on trying this Chicken Artichoke Lasagna soon:

I have made so many good Pinterest recipes, I don't even know where to start! Yesterday, for the game, I gave this "crack bread" I whirl and it FLEW OFF THE PLATES...so fast that I felt guilty because no one was eating the hostess' food, just mine! Great for a crowd, you could also change up the ingredients (I ended up using pepperjack slices and cheddar sprinkle cheese <-- the proper term.)
